Endoskopia® offers you a holistic therapeutical concept. We will accompany you from the first consultation on conservative therapies and surgery until the application of rehabilitation therapies. We should like to point out that surgery is always our last preference.

Spine Consultation

Upon thorough medical check-up, we will discuss your results from the imaging diagnostics such as magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear magnetic resonance respectively (MRI/NMR), computer tomography and X-ray (without contrast agent).

Orthopaedic Consultation

Take benefit from our long years of experience in the field of orthopaedic diagnostics. During consultation, you will find advice concerning all orthopaedic topics, especially also regarding recent surgical techniques applied for conditions of knees, shoulders and ankle-joints.

Consultation on Sports Medicine

We have references from sports people treated at our practice ranging from hobby sports people up to top athletics such as tri-athletes, soccer professionals, dressage riders, rowers and so on.

Our team is very active in terms of sports and sports science is prominently represented by our three sports scientists Beate Lauerbach, Katrin Wüllner und Andrea Werth. Also MD Alfen looks back at a substantial career as a medium- and long-distance runner.

Examinations and treatments at our practice are charged according to the rates set by the German medical fee schedule for private practices. For members of the statutory health insurances, who have no additional private health insurance, special flat rates are applied, following a reduced rate of the medical fee schedule mentioned above.
